IICA2005 - From Sensors to the Boardroom
is the inaugural national conference for the Institute of
Instrumentation, Control and Automation Australia Inc (IICA)
to be held from 25 to 28 July 2005 in Melbourne, Victoria.
Known as the "Garden City", Melbourne is a vibrant and
cosmopolitan city renowned for its culture, festivals,
gardens, wide boulevards and sporting events.
IICA2005 will be the premier instrumentation, control and
automation conference, bringing together engineers,
technicians, designers , managers and CEOs to gain expert
knowledge and for networking opportunities. We will be
providing a forum that allows for the unbridled exchange of
views, news and opinions. |
The Convening Committee is

gives me great pleasure to welcome the inaugural
national conference for the Institute of
Instrumentation, Control and Automation Australia
Inc (IICA) to Melbourne, Victoria over the period 25
to 28 July 2005.
The success of our future business endeavours relies
not only on information, but establishing which
information is relevant, instructive and useful in
the making of increasingly complex decisions. Events
such as IICA 2005 showcase new technology that can
assist in this process. IICA 2005 is the premier instrumentation, control and
automation event of its type. It provides a forum for
engineers, technicians, designers, managers and CEOs to
update their knowledge as well as providing numerous
networking opportunities. The event will create an
unprecedented opportunity to meet with the innovators,
developers and users of new technology as well as the end
users of a wide range of products and systems in the field

For those of you who will be travelling to IICA 2005 from
